The infamous to-do list around the house can add up quickly for the busy household. You can hire a Superior crew member for a half or full day of handyman service. Let us help you tackle jobs like patching walls, hanging photos, changing out plumbing or electrical fixtures, etc
We are often asked if our crew will take on smaller maintenance projects around the house on a scheduled annual basis. Of course! Let us help you keep your home running smoothly by caulking, tile repair, installing storm doors, etc. There is truly no job too big or too small for us to take care of when it comes to your home.
Process:
Send us your list of needs and we will review to insure it falls within handyman services and we will assess the work needed to be done to estimate the number of hours needed to complete.
Pricing:
Half Day *4 hours: $360
Full Day *7.5 hours: $675
Additional hours: $90/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
*Time rate includes 30 minutes for transportation.
ALL REQUIRED MATERIAL COSTS WILL BE BILLED WITH STANDARD 25% PROVISION FEE.
*Material Pickup charge:$95 plus standard 25% materials markup fee.
Price subject to change for large orders.
RESIDENTIAL
SERVICES
General Service Call:
Existing Client: $225/1 hr on site
New Client: $275/1 hr on site
Each additional hour is $90/hr billed in 15 minute increments.
Emergency Service Calls:
Same Day during business hours:
$325 for 1 hour on site;
each additional hour is $90/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
After Regular Business Hours (5:30PM – 6AM):
$395 for 1 hour on site;
each additional hour is $100/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
Inspections & Water Tests:
Standard inspection includes report and pricing with 1 hour on site:
Existing Client: $325
New Client: $375
Water test on interior / exterior of home or business with walkable roof up to 2 stories high or siding; includes report and pricing with 1 hour on site:
Existing Client: $375
New Client: $425
